The design industry has a lot of “noise” surrounding it on social media, and with all that distraction it can be hard to narrow in on what YOU truly like. We work in partnership with all of our clients to find your true signature style and what makes your house tick, making the selections process a fun one, not a stressful one, ensuring you walk out the door confident in the decisions made. Coming home should be the high point of our every day, and we want our clients to feel that way too.

Full Service Design
Our full-service interior design package covers the process from beginning to end in your space. From the consultation the conception of a design plan, and careful partnership with required trades or vendors. We will project manage the design experience from client approval of selections to the final reveal on install day. This service pricing is a set percentage fee based on project scope and requires a 50% deposit and contract agreement.

virtual design
This service is for the client who is seeking a full design overhaul, but wants the ability to implement at their own pace. This package requires a consultation, and includes a full design plan complete with inspiration, color scheme, design board, space plan, directions, recommendations, and sourced product links. The timeline for this offering is 2 weeks from consultation to final design plan presentation. We will collaborate with you to make any necessary adjustments until we have achieved the perfect design plan for your space. This service pricing is charged per room and will be invoiced upon sign on.

new builds and renos
The Highpoint House regularly partners with builders and contractors in the area to assist clients through the design and selections process. We will partner with your client, or you if you are the client seeking assistance directly, on making material selections for your new build or home renovation to ensure the design is cohesive. We ensure the design is translatable from the swatch board to the physical completed space. This service pricing is a set hourly fee with a set minimum of 10 hours.
